Terms and Conditions

Terms of service for The Net platform

1. Overview

These Terms govern your access to and use of the LDM Connect platform operated by Lawless Digital Marketing Ltd ("Lawless Digital", "we", "our").

By using the platform or connecting your Facebook account, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

LDM Connect allows users to connect their Facebook Business Manager, Pages, and Ad Accounts to generate reports, monitor performance, and enable partner access between the user's business and Lawless Digital Marketing Ltd.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to manage the business assets being connected.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any actions performed using your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Use of Facebook / Meta APIs

Our platform integrates with Facebook's Graph and Marketing APIs under Meta's Platform Terms.

By connecting your Facebook account, you acknowledge that:

  • You grant LDM Connect access to your Facebook business assets as selected during login.
  • Access is limited to the scopes explicitly approved (ads_management, business_management, pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_metadata).
  • You can revoke access at any time through Facebook's Business Integrations settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse, copy, or attempt to reverse engineer the platform.
  • Use the system for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.
  • Share or resell access tokens or credentials.

7. Data Ownership

All data fetched from your connected accounts remains your property.

Lawless Digital only processes this data to provide the agreed-upon services.

8. Subscription & Fees (if applicable)

If your account includes paid plans, all charges are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your plan.

Invoices will be sent to the contact email on file.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Scheduled maintenance and occasional downtime may occur.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lawless Digital shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
  • Data loss, unauthorized access, or temporary outages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.

You may cancel your subscription or revoke Facebook access at any time.

12. Compliance & Data Protection

We comply with GDPR and applicable Irish/EU privacy laws.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
