2. Information We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to provide and maintain our services, including:

a. From Facebook / Meta Login

When a user logs in with Facebook, we may access:

  • Business Manager ID and name
  • Facebook Page IDs and names
  • Ad Account IDs, names, and status
  • Page and Ad Account insights (e.g., spend, impressions, performance metrics)
  • Long-lived access tokens for secure API communication

We do not collect personal profile data such as friends, posts, messages, or photos.

b. From Users Directly
  • Name, email address, and business details (when creating an account)
  • Payment and billing information (if applicable for paid subscriptions)
c. Automatically Collected Data
  • Log data (IP address, browser type, time zone, etc.)
  • Cookies and analytics data to improve site performance

3. How We Use the Information

We use collected data to:

  • Connect and synchronize your Facebook Business assets with our dashboard
  • Display analytics and ad performance reports
  • Manage authorized partner access between your business and Lawless Digital
  • Provide customer support and maintain service functionality
  • Send essential updates, notifications, or billing communications

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with unrelated third parties.

4. Data Storage & Security

  • Access tokens and user data are stored securely in encrypted databases on servers located in the EU.
  • All data transmissions use HTTPS/TLS encryption.
  • Only authorized staff or automated systems may access this information for maintenance or support.
  • We maintain appropriate physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes stated.

If you revoke access or delete your account, we delete stored access tokens and associated data within 30 days.

6. User Control & Revocation

Users can:

  • Disconnect the app at any time via Facebook's Business Integrations page.
  • Request data deletion by emailing support@thenet.ie.
  • Access or correct their information through their dashboard or by contacting us.

When you revoke access, LDM Connect immediately loses API permission to access your Facebook data.

7. Legal Basis (GDPR)

Our lawful bases for processing data include:

  • Contractual necessity (to provide the connected services)
  • Legitimate interests (platform security, performance, and analytics)
  • Consent (when connecting via Facebook OAuth)

8. Sharing with Service Providers

We may use third-party services for:

  • Cloud hosting (e.g., Hetzner, SiteGround)
  • Communication (e.g., Slack, email providers)
  • Analytics and error monitoring

These providers comply with GDPR and process data under contractual safeguards.
